Poor interest rates, entered into salary deduction scheme but not informed that my deductions won't go into my savings account for a month so no access to money till a month later! Understand this is an issue between LCCU and my employer but this info needs to be made clear by both organisations. Quick decisions on loan applications lower interest rates than high Street lenders save while you repay loans is a brilliant concept, speedy responses and great customer service It nice to speak to a human.
