My experience with London Credit union has been generally positive. The application process was straightforward, and I received clear communication throughout. The loan was approved quickly, and the funds were disbursed within the expected timeframe. I appreciated the transparency around interest rates and repayment terms. The Best Credit Union in North London

When I arrived in this country over seventeen years ago, I wanted to find a credit union similar to the Jamaica Teacher's Credit Union, which I was a member of. I knew the benifits that I have derived from such institution, so I was pleased to come across the London Capital Credit Union. Without hesitation, I became a member. I have had a positive experience with the credit union, since I've joined and I have had the opportunity to access several loans, from home improvement to personal, and I've always been successfull.There are times when I don't even have enough money in my shares to cover a substantial loan [ big loan], I receive the amount requested due to the trusting relationship which I have developed as a longstanding member. I have never been told no, all my loan requests over the years have been approved. As soon as I have been granted a loan, I work towards clearing it. I have the opportunity to clear my loan using my shares and as a result, I don't keep my loans for long. My payments options are carefully discussed, based on my affordability and this is great! The loan application process and approval times is quick and easy, especially when you are a longstanding member, all your documentations are already in the system. I can't tell you how grateful I am for being a member of this credit union. Because of the great benefits that I have gained from my experience with this institution, it is easy for for to recommend my friends- who are now members themselves. The team at the office are professional in their approach and are always ready to discuss any query or concerns. Now that online banking has made it easier and efficient, I can access my membership information right at my fingertip and I don't have to take a long journey to the office. It has been an absolute pleasure for me to be a member of this noble institution; I will forever be greatful to know that if I'm in any financial difficulty, I have somewhere to get this assistance. Easy Sign Up, Quick Loan Approvals

I had an easy experience signing up, all I had to do was give my details and I was quickly approved. I also needed a loan and they approved me despite me being a new member which was great as I was having a tough time. When I was first told about the credit union, I was facing a very difficult time. Applying for the loan was not complicated and the communication between myself and the staff was excellent. I attended the offices for one last check and even then, the customer service was fantastic and the payment arrangement is fair.
