Started recently, I wish I knew about this before, but now is a good start and I very much encourage it. The money comes out as direct debit or directly from the employee salary, and this makes things very easy. Reviewed on: 26th June 2026

By comparison, LCCU is the best

I am quite pleased with being a member of this credit union for more than one reason. I am a member of another credit union in another part of London (not North), and this is how I can compare and say quite confidently that this credit union’s efficiency and great customer service exceeds others. Great savings, better loans.

I’ve been with the credit union for years now and find them to be very good. I’ve also borrowed from them and the interest rate is not much. You also get interest on your savings which is more than what regular banks give. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

I can’t speak highly enough of capital credit union. They’re amazing company who genuinely listen to their members and take the time to help, not just push products. Any time I’ve had questions or needed support, they’ve been patient, understanding, and found solutions that work for me. It’s rare to find that level of care these days.
