Good service

Customer service is good in terms of quick response to enquires and issues with account. The direct debit for savings is my favorite as it helps with automated savings before the salary gets to my account. That way, I can't change my mind and it's been very helpful to put money aside. The idea of saving whilst repaying a debt

The idea of saving whilst repaying a debt makes it so much more manageable and less daunting. That's my favourite part about this. Customer service is also great everything bad been very straight forward. Also there is still chance to get a top up and within reason so again you do not feel restricted of something was to come up and you needed help again. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025
