Had a bad water leak from my neighcour and the company was fast to send adjustor to asscess damage to my bathroom. I also have recommended building contractor to rectify the my loss.

This home insurance policy is great value for money and easy to set up. Perhaps not the cheapest but then again you pay for quality. I'd reccomend to friends and family to get on board and take up this plan. It's much better to be insured and safe incase of any unforeseen circumstances. I had managed to find a better home insurance deal with another company which offered more cover for a much better price. The person i spoke to in the contact center (Freddy) was extremely helpful and quick. He asked a few questions as to why i am leaving etc, and tried to persuade me to stay but that is expected, he was not difficult though which was nice. Reviewed on: 11th November 2015

Suspicious at first...but great deal

I was a bit suspicious about buying my home insurance here as I had never heard of them. But after a bit of research I decided to give them a go. The policy I have is first rate and contact with them so far has been as easy as anything I'd experienced before. Would recommend easily. Reviewed on: 1st October 2015
