I find Loqbox product to be easy to use. More importantly the products in itself is easy to understand and use. The little bit it gives helps build my credit score while also helping me save which is a good thing. Reviewed on: 1st September 2024

Very terrible experience with closing Loqbox savings. You are force to open a new bank account with their partner which was described as Loqbox agreement by taking out Loqbox products which was highlighted to their customers instead they described it as easy to close and walk away with your savings. Customers where not told saving with Loqbox will be recorded as loans. It marvel me to find out my savings was recorded as loan and I paid exorbitant charges from membership fees and closing fees. I'll never recommend Loqbox to anyone.. Reviewed on: 26th June 2024

Don't deposit otherwise you will regret.

I was deposited money in Loqbox but at the end of the year when my tram was finished they asked me to pay £40 to get my money back or else I have to open a bank account with their linked. Please don't deposit your money otherwise you will regret. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Don’t open an account don’t do it, they will rip you off and your score doesn’t go up or down, you have to pay it’s not free. It’s a complete scram. Loqbox is a very well put together SCAM.

Loqbox is a very well put together SCAM. I've been conned a total of £92.50 and trying to deal with Loqbox is impossible. If, and a very big, IF you get a reply, its a copy and paste generic repsonse. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024
