A Regular Savings Account is opened automatically when you join Manchester Credit Union. Savings must be made on a regular basis, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly and withdrawals can be made via the App or Members Area.

Christmas saver

I save every year for Christmas using the credit union. I add to my account each month, and then on the 1st November I can withdraw my money and get shopping. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Easy and helpful

I love credit union it really helps me save plus it's easy to take money out if you need it, the online app is easy to use or you can phone and speak to friendly helpful staff. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

High interest rates

I joined when I worked at local authority I initially took out a loan which I felt had high interest rates considering it's a credit union, I had no other options so went with it. I now use the account to separate money for my to access at end of month just before I get paid again. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
