With the Mansfield you a Real Member

I have many accounts with Several Building Societies as I am saving up to I build a House in the Philippines for my retirement. The Mansfield ranks top of the list as the rates are generally very favourable but the welcome and the staff are simply wonderful when I make my Monthly Pilgrimage to have my books updated and pay in just a little extra cash. I opened 2 new accounts recently and they set me up with a computer as it had to be done virtually, and the lady who went through everything with me was fantastic. This constant attention to Customer's requirements is sadly lacking and frustrating in this computer age; but not so with the Mansfield. Just keep up the Welcoming and Personal attention and please thank the staff for me in the way they have handled the situation during this dreadful Pandemic. Reviewed on: 5th May 2021

Review of the Mansfield Building Society 30 day savings account

I was very impressed with the whole Mansfield Building Society ethos and customer service experience. Good interest rates compared to similar sized rival Societies and seemed very customer orientated . I would definitely return to them when I am able to . Reviewed on: 26th April 2021
