The free vet video call you a a revelation for putting ones mind at rest. Spent a lot of time comparing benefits vs existing provider and concluded identical cover for 30% loss. Phone support very good. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Disabled cat loves it!!

My cat had an accident literally a week after we set this policy up. We didn't think she would make it through the night but she pulled through and as a result she has needed a lot of treatment over the years. Every time we have had to claim, the team have been fast, friendly, very helpful and full of concern for my kitty. On the other side of the coin I've never had to claim for her sister and as promised, always get my % money back after each renewal. I have absolutely no plans to go anywhere else, Bought By Many have amazing cover, great prices and excellent service. Triple threat and many thanks to them!! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

My dog has an on going ear problem , was getting to the point where I was hesitant to go to the vets because I was worried about the cost, my vet told me I should claim on my insurance, I didn’t know I was actually covered for this dirt of thing , had to make one phone call , which was answered very quickly ( even during COVID times) dealt with politely and promptly , BBM kept me informed via email letting me know what stage my case was at , money was paid to my account , I am no longer stressing about vet trips , Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
