Best reasonably priced pet insurance

Have been with bought by many for 4 years now and have had to claim twice for my bernese beauty but the admin dept were very quick and helpful throughout my claims and renewal price was not hiked up after payout. Great to deal with an ethical and fair company. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Very sick puppy

I have a bulldog who had eaten a toy! By the time I got her to the vet she was close to death, I called bought by many and they were absolutely brilliant I gave them a run down of what had happened and they literally took it from there communicating with the vets so I could concentrate on my puppy, I can’t thank them enough Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Flexible options

I liked the fact there are many options to suit everyone for the type of policy You take out. Also very reasonable premiums compared to other providers & cover they offer. Thankfully I have not had to use the claims service as yet but I have only heard good feedback on it, nothing negative. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Simple yet comprehensive

I was using one of the most expensive insurers prior to using Bought by Many and yet it didn’t include unlimited virtual vet support and the claims process was long and arduous. Not anymore !Bought by Many are the pet insurers of today. Everything can be done online from claims to checking your information but there is also a phone number if you prefer. For me the accessibility of having my pets welfare on my phone at all times is a game changer and they are significantly less expensive than my previous insurer. They genuinely deserve this award. Customer service advisors are always lovely

When contacting regarding a query with my policy, and adding an additional pet onto an existing policy, the lady on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and informative. This was a really positive experience for me after originally being with a different pet insurance provider and being treated terribly when they doubled my premium after my cat turned one with no claims or health problems! Every time I have needed to contact bought by many they have always been so lovely and I won’t be changing providers anytime soon that’s for sure! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
