When contacting regarding a query with my policy, and adding an additional pet onto an existing policy, the lady on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and informative. This was a really positive experience for me after originally being with a different pet insurance provider and being treated terribly when they doubled my premium after my cat turned one with no claims or health problems! Every time I have needed to contact bought by many they have always been so lovely and I won’t be changing providers anytime soon that’s for sure! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Went through them all as you do when your a responsible pet owner they came out on top can't say no more except when I got a kitten they were the first I went too so my cat and dog are insured by bought by many I have to say I recommend them to all my friends Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great insurance for my rescue dog

I have rescued a dog from Romania and had no idea what to expect, Bought by Many was my first choice as they covered behavioural issues, even though we never had to do that, my dog has been a dream!
