Easy to use website with a comprehensive range of insurance products right at your fingertips. Having compared with many other insurers I decided on bought by many at the recommendation of a friend. Affordable with excellent, efficient customer service

This company is half the price of my previous one for top class cover. I recently claimed and it was so so easy. All I had to do was fill out online form with minimal details and they contacted the vet and did the rest ! Well done, I can’t recommend this insurance company enough . Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Fast, efficient and friendly service

Really simple process of claims and help either on line or on the phone. Incredibly friendly and efficient - BBM do all the communication with the vet and apart from the initial claim you really have nothing to do. I can't believe I've used other companies in the past - was recommended by a friend and I've recommended BBM to lots of people. A great job. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Everything is clear with nothing hidden away in small print right from the quotation stage. No sudden price hikes or exclusions.
