Reassuring

Called with regard to our dog Oscar being referred for a scan. The person l spoke to gave me all the correct information and reassured me that they would deal with everything which put my mind at rest. When l rang the vets to inform them of who my pet insurance was with they were pleased l said Bought By Many and said "oh good they are very thorough and very good to deal with". So far very pleased with Bought By Many and are very good with keeping you up to date. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Efficient and stress free

I currently have a poorly cat who is not even 2 years old. She has had to visit a specialist vet and is still undergoing tests. It's left me feeling pretty stressed, but after submitting my claim to BBM the money was in my account pretty quickly. So happy with their service. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Bought by Many Best for Pets

Unfortunately I have had to claim this year for my 8.5 year old Chow Chow. The service has been exemplary staff are friendly, professional and cannot be faulted for their attitude. Have recommended BBM to my daughter who has just bought a puppy. Service 11/10 Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The Best Insurance Experience I have Ever Had

The premiums are very fair. I have a cat and a dog. Insuring with Bought By Many my premium is the same for both my pets as it was for one pet with my previous insurer. The claiming process is made very easy. The agents are friendly and helpful. I am kept up to date with the progress of any claim and it is handled professionally and paid out without having to jump through hoops. I have recommended to family and friends. Amazing Service

My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma in June. BBM have been amazing. No quibbles in paying out and I’m kept up to date at all times. Call handlers are knowledgeable and sympathetic and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them in an instant. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
