Everything is clear with nothing hidden away in small print right from the quotation stage. No sudden price hikes or exclusions. Called with regard to our dog Oscar being referred for a scan. The person l spoke to gave me all the correct information and reassured me that they would deal with everything which put my mind at rest. When l rang the vets to inform them of who my pet insurance was with they were pleased l said Bought By Many and said "oh good they are very thorough and very good to deal with". So far very pleased with Bought By Many and are very good with keeping you up to date. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Efficient and stress free

I currently have a poorly cat who is not even 2 years old. She has had to visit a specialist vet and is still undergoing tests. It's left me feeling pretty stressed, but after submitting my claim to BBM the money was in my account pretty quickly. So happy with their service. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Unfortunately I have had to claim this year for my 8.5 year old Chow Chow. The service has been exemplary staff are friendly, professional and cannot be faulted for their attitude. Have recommended BBM to my daughter who has just bought a puppy. Service 11/10 Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
