I Recommend Them to Everyone

Excellent cover, I have claimed 3 times in less than 3 years, twice for operations and once for a biopsy. All claims were paid promptly and the premium has still stayed sensible. Very pleased! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Although I haven't required to use their services, and hope to not have to make a claim, the customer service so far has been excellent. Product seems to be good value for money compared to other companies and easy to set up. Would recommend so far. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

We love our insurance with Bought By Many. For one, the monthly price point is affordable considering everything you get. For two, we were worried our pup was ill and we got to use FirstVet for free at 9pm without paying the £30/per apt fee and we were so relieved. Definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Amazing customer service & there when I needed them with no hassle.

I’ve had to use my pet insurance a couple of times & each person I have spoken to in different departments has been more than helpful, have put me at ease & I feel looked after, not just my pet! I’ve moved all of my pets over to Bought By Many & really feel assured that they will all be looked after, if we need to use our insurance. I’ve had experience with different pet insurers over the years and Bought By Many is leading by far, especially on the quality of cover and customer service. I couldn’t recommend them enough!! I had to claim for my dog within 3months of buying the policy. The claim form was so simple and quick to fill in and the text service to keep me updated was brilliant. The claim was settled within a week or so with the money refunded to my bank account. Being a lifelong pet owner, I have struggled before with pet insurance but Bought By Many has been excellent, cannot rate them highly enough! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
