Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great value for money, and brilliant service

I found it difficult to find an insurance company that was both good value for money and had a good level of cover, especially as my cat is a senior. With Many Pets, the value for money was great and the cover was very comprehensive. I've fortunately only had to make a claim once, and when I did, Many Pets accepted my application straight away and paid out very quickly. They're processes are also very user friendly.
