There has never been any quibble over our insurance claims in the last year. Unfortunately for my dog, they have been many with his TPLO surgery and subsequent infections to the site. The most amazing bit of all is the renewal quote for this year wasn’t extortionate. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

From the get go my puppy has had problems and bought by many has supported me every step of the way from the 24/7 vets I can speak to who I actually know well now and trust fully to paying out with out any fuss or lengthy times frames even during this difficult Covid time. To not have to worry about the bills or trying to get hold of your vet when you already have a poorly new member of the family which is devastating enough has been amazing. I am a Qualified Veterinary Nurse who’s main role within Practice was to advise client’s about everything preventative. I know more than the average owner about Pet Insurance, the common pit falls and let downs that clients encountered.. When Researching new products on the market for my daughter who had recently had a kitten I was convinced we would go with the old “go to” .. However, The Bought by many policies Left the other companies dead in the water. More cover, Less premium, Lower excess, Hassle free claims, Refer a friend scheme Lower premium in second year Money back for not claiming We have had a puppy and I have insured her with a Bought by Many covered for life policy and have recommended many Of my own clients since.
