All you want and need from Pet insurance

Never thought a pet insurance company would be so good. Our pug puppy had a bad 1st year. Pneumonia to begin with then liver shunt required. I've had no problems with BoughtByMany, claims easy to do, easy to deal with, customer service what i need, fees paid to vets and vet hospitals with no issues. What more does anyone want? Paying that extra amount per month for £7k a year cover saved our dog's life. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Although more expensive than your competitors, your pet insurance offers a more comprehensive cover so I can sleep easy knowing my puppy is fully looked after. The only complaint I do have, is when I tried to sign up with a cheaper deal from a comparison site, it didn't acknowledge my cross breed, and when I edited this to reflect the true breed, the price then went up. However when signing up directly this wasn't a problem, meaning I spent more than I would have liked. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The Ritz Hotel treatment for pets.

First class response to care for my cat Benji,five star treatment from start to finish,the staff wanted you as a customer but the concern for your pet was of the utmost importance,my claim was settled within a short time scale.
