Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Friendly & helpful

5* Customer Service

I can’t fault the customer service team at Many Pets :-) They have been super helpful at every interaction and always put my mind at ease. I have yet to claim on my insurance, but a member of staff easily explained the process to me if and when I needed too. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Started for the deal, stayed for the ethos
