I was recommended Bought by Many by lots of dog owners that have said it offers really good cover if my little Sprocker gets ill. Great customer experience so far as easy to purchase and documents sent. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

No nonsense pet insurance

Money back policy

I am in my 2nd year of insurance with Bought By Many and compared to other quotes and my years with previous insurers the prices were so reasonable. I opted for the money back policy and was delighted to receive a 20% cashback into my account shortly after my 2nd year of policy began. The premium did not jump up after the initial year either. I have just recently had to claim for my dog who needed expensive and emergency surgery. Filled in a simple form online and BBM took care of the rest. My vet would not accept direct payment from the insurer and I had to front the costs (or what I could afford of them) while my claim was being processed. BBM kept me updated at each point but when I reached out to let them know my vet was withholding stitch removal until I was able to settle the balance BBM had it processed and the funds in my bank within 24hours. Friendly fair efficient so happy with the service

Bobby had to go to vets several times so had to keep adding to original claim,but it was all handled with clarity and most of all compassion would highly recommend,also very good value for money. Excellent company well done. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The best of the best

What can I say in this short review, Bought by Many are in a league of their own. With their easy claim procedure, quick payment to vet and even free video calling to a vet 24/7. I wouldn't trust any other company with 1 year old Beagle puppy. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

claim settled quickly

Could not ask for more!

I have been a customer of Bought By Many for over a year now and they are brilliant. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer care team, and with two dogs, finding an affordable insurance company with a great service is important! Bought By Many have by far been the most affordable insurance company with a quality service that I have come across, and their no claims bonus is a lovely way of showing gratitude to their customers.
