We had our insurance for 2 months when our puppy cut his paw open and needed surgery, the claim was so easy to do online and the money was paid direct to our vet very quickly. We were kept up to date through all stages and are so pleased we have thus insurance. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I have now had insurance for my British bulldog for nearly 2 years. I can not fault anything with this company. The cover is fantastic and a reasonable price. When looking for pet insurance I done a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and found this not only the best company but also the cheapest, obviously you dont know for sure until you claim but I put in a claim and received the money with no fuss, recommended this insurance when my mum got a puppy, so far cannot fault this insurance Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Peace of mind insurance

Have my 2 Cocker Spaniels (Chester & Dexter) insured with Bought By Many, good value insurance. Have had to claim 3 times for vet costs since December 2018 for the little terrors. Making a claim is very simple, and have not been asked any stupid questions on the claims. A good experience and would not change insurers. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

First class customer service coupled with very sensitive handling of claims make Bought By Many the best Pet Insurers I have ever used. Online claims are settled swiftly and I was kept fully informed every step of the way. The company dealt directly with the Veterinary hospital, leaving me free to care for my pet.
