I have now had insurance for my British bulldog for nearly 2 years. I can not fault anything with this company. The cover is fantastic and a reasonable price. I am always updated with current events via email. I haven’t had to use the insurance however I am confident that if I had to, it would be sorted in the best manner Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Best (and cheapest) insurance around

When looking for pet insurance I done a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and found this not only the best company but also the cheapest, obviously you dont know for sure until you claim but I put in a claim and received the money with no fuss, recommended this insurance when my mum got a puppy, so far cannot fault this insurance Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Peace of mind insurance

Have my 2 Cocker Spaniels (Chester & Dexter) insured with Bought By Many, good value insurance. Have had to claim 3 times for vet costs since December 2018 for the little terrors. Making a claim is very simple, and have not been asked any stupid questions on the claims. A good experience and would not change insurers. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

First class customer service coupled with very sensitive handling of claims make Bought By Many the best Pet Insurers I have ever used. Online claims are settled swiftly and I was kept fully informed every step of the way. The company dealt directly with the Veterinary hospital, leaving me free to care for my pet. Money back policy

I am in my 2nd year of insurance with Bought By Many and compared to other quotes and my years with previous insurers the prices were so reasonable. I opted for the money back policy and was delighted to receive a 20% cashback into my account shortly after my 2nd year of policy began. The premium did not jump up after the initial year either. I have just recently had to claim for my dog who needed expensive and emergency surgery. Filled in a simple form online and BBM took care of the rest. My vet would not accept direct payment from the insurer and I had to front the costs (or what I could afford of them) while my claim was being processed. BBM kept me updated at each point but when I reached out to let them know my vet was withholding stitch removal until I was able to settle the balance BBM had it processed and the funds in my bank within 24hours. Will continue to insure my dog with BBM Currently sourcing a new vet Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
