I found this company extremely easy to deal with and that their web site gave me very clear information as to exactly what I was buying and what I would get for my money. In addition, the pet insurance I have through them is a far better deal than I was able to get from others. It gives me peace of mind and reassurance that my animal is in good hands. I work in insurance so know a little about the loop holes. However was impressed by clarity of info BBM gave its members and the price was excellent given the high level of cover options.
