I found this company extremely easy to deal with and that their web site gave me very clear information as to exactly what I was buying and what I would get for my money. In addition, the pet insurance I have through them is a far better deal than I was able to get from others. It gives me peace of mind and reassurance that my animal is in good hands. Clear and fair experience

I work in insurance so know a little about the loop holes. However was impressed by clarity of info BBM gave its members and the price was excellent given the high level of cover options. Stitched Up

My young Korthals Griffon unfortunately injured her flank running through the wood. She needed to be "Stitched Up" by the vet as the wound was very deep. Our claim was met without fuss or hesitation.We had only just, a month earlier, taken out our Insurance with"Bought by Many". Excellent response, and most reassuring to have my dog covered by this company. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
