I have not claimed yet as I have been with them 7 months I found when I was searching for pet insurance, they came a cross as offering an honest reliable service which fully covered the needs of my little dog. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The best for my pet

I like that their policy considers conditions to no longer be pre existing as time passes without issues. My last insurer classed worms as a pre existing gastrointestinal issue. With bought by many I have peace of mind because I know I’m covered. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

all round excellent help and service

My German Shepherd (now 2 1/2) has had a few problems (including a medical necessity for castration) and every time I have claimed or needed help Bought by Many has been there. 100% of all my claims have been dealt with in quick, courteous and professional manner. I have had to make a claim for the first time recently and I can’t express enough how easy the whole process was. Everyone I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. The amount of cover for my 2 rescue dogs is better than I could have hoped to get elsewhere. It is also incredibly reasonable and I get mo ey back for each year if I don’t claim. Couldn’t ask for better. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great value pet insurance. I rang quite a few companies and asked a list of questions about the cover and benefits of having the insurance, including excesses and extras. Bought by Many were by far the best value for money and paid out the most for the monthly premiums paid. Top notch. And whats more I got free dog first aid course which was great. Well done for listening to the customer Bought by Many. And well done for providing top notch cover for my dog. I have been recommending you to all the dog owners I speak with.
