They have been nothing but helpful from providing lots of information when my cat went missing to posting general information and pics of the pet customers which always brighten up the day. Insurance is a hassle but not with Bought By Many who are fab and fun with it. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Bought by Many are approachable and answered all my questions when we took out the policy. They also remind you when your direct debit is coming out each month (thankful to have a reminder!), and you can even have your vet invoice them instead of having to pay a full bill up front. Best pet insurance to have they do all the work and pay the bill straight away with no issues, keeps all the stress from you, highly recommend
