Application was very straight forward and communication is very good. The website has been created in a way that if I need help I know my pet is in safe hands and I can get the help I need. 'Excess' and subsequent costs

The most overlooked, aspect of pet insurance is what the 'excess' and subsequent "% costs" in the event of a claim will be. 'Bought-by-many' seems to beat all the other providers I have looked at. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Excellent Customer Service
