Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Luckily I’ve never had to claim, but love the additional benefits we get as part of our insurance. We’ve used the 24/7 vets service a few times having got our first puppy who likes to eat most things he shouldn’t, this is so easy to use, appointments within minutes and best of all free unlike the local vets! The occasional free perks are great too and we found ManyPets to be far cheaper to insure our Labrador retriever than other providers. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
