They have been generally very good at responding to my concerns and are splendid when I (or they) have needed to clarify something or need more information. Though payouts can be a bit lengthy and the the direct claim process with my vet has likely hindered the process sometimes, ManyPets have been a valued - and value for money - insurer for Doug, and will continue to be so. We were previously paying a gold standard pet plan with our Vet that is currently set to rise financially by £6.00 per month. This pet plan unfortunately doesn’t cover a fraction of the of the items that ManyPets does, therefore it was a no-brainer not to accept the cover we require for a very competitive price. great experience so far!

I have had great experience with customer support so far, and they helped me with decreasing the monthly fee once the insurance has gone up for my dog. Luckily, we have not needed to use to insurance yet, but as a vet I know ManyPets are one of the best and most reliable, so I trust them to take care of Rozi. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Always there for you on the other end of the phone

They treated me with respect & kindness when I had a very poorly pet. They also paid any claims I made within 24 hours of receiving them. So would recommend them no problem. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
