Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Fast, Speedy and Professional

I had the misfortune to have to make a claim within a few weeks of setting up the policy when my puppy broke his foot and the service was excellent. I thought that the renewal policy cost this year would increase massively but it hasn’t and has only risen by just over £1! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Fantastic service and price

First time pet owner and couldn’t fault my experience so far. Have had to make a claim already and it was dealt with instantly. They paid the vet directly so I wasn’t out of pocket and for all information from the vet too so all I had to do was start the claim. I got regular text updates and it was resolved within 5 days.
