Fast service and fair prices

Took out insurance with Bought by Many after comparing it with several other providers who wanted to charge far more for similar cover. Puppy ate something it shouldn’t resulting in emergency admission to vet. Cue large bill which was settled within a week by Bought by Many. Excellent swift resolution. Throughly recommend them. we have 2 x 18 month old Cavalier brothers. One is prone to eating bees and is clearly not an Experiential learner. Twice we have ended up in the out of hours vets. Simple, Fast and Fair

Our dog had mycotoxin poisoning from eating mouldy bread, which lead to an expensive emergency vet bill. Having gone through insurers in the past I had mixed feelings on whether or not this would be paid back, and what would happen to my premiums going forward. The online process was really simple, we went back to the vet 3 times over the week for check ups and had lost a receipt along the way. BBM kept us up to date throughout, handled contacting the vet, paid the money in full and didn’t raise our premiums! Great provider, can’t fault them on anything. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I had the misfortune to have to make a claim within a few weeks of setting up the policy when my puppy broke his foot and the service was excellent. I thought that the renewal policy cost this year would increase massively but it hasn’t and has only risen by just over £1! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Fantastic service and price

First time pet owner and couldn’t fault my experience so far. Have had to make a claim already and it was dealt with instantly. They paid the vet directly so I wasn’t out of pocket and for all information from the vet too so all I had to do was start the claim. I got regular text updates and it was resolved within 5 days.
