I had looked at many pet insurance companies, but bought by many was by far the best value and they have been fantastic with customer service. Any time I've needed to speak to anyone it has been extremely easy to get through and every detail I've needed help with has been dealt with promptly and professionally. They really are the best. Best pet insurance company I had used. Easy enough to understand. Easy to claim Brilliant customer service. Always notify about when direct debit is due and if there are any changes when renewal is due. I have recommended to family and friends. Overall top rated by me Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

No need to look anywhere else!

When my renewal for our dog came through from PetPlan with yet another increase, I wanted to see if there was a better deal out there - only had to look as far as Bought By Many as they came recommended on the pet forum I am a member of. Very easy to deal with, quick and they beat PetPlan on premium, levels of covers and service! No need to look anywhere else. Will be moving the cat over too shortly! Highly recommended. Not only are my premiums cheaper, but I get more cover for my money, and the free unlimited vet calls to FirstVet is amazing! Have already used it and saved myself a visit to my vets which would have been expensive. Highly recommended!! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
