First class, fuss free

I have my 3 dogs insured and the cover is very good. One of the dogs became ill and this necessitated a claim, this was absolutely straight forward. I informed Bought by Many and paid my excess at the vet and everything else was handled between Bought by Many and the vets practice. Couldn’t ask for more Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Cant ask for better

Bought by many are very reasonably priced and offer unriveled customer experience when it matter most. The claims process was very easy and sorted direct with the vet, no huge costs to claim back and no forms to fill in. Great communication and updates as the claim progressed. Yearly premium not increased due to previous year claims and we get 10% of our yearly premium back at the end of the year if we haven’t claimed. We won’t insure with anyone else! Good coverage

Good company bit upset this year as premiums have gone up when I was told that they would decrease if I didn't have a claim. It's my 3rd year with them and I'm about to buy a new puppy which I will definitely insure with 'Bought by many' Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

No nonsense pet insurance

Over the years pet insurance has become a minefield. How refreshing to find Bought by Many and it’s transparent attitude. I had cause to claim this year too and it was the simplest claim taking 3 minutes completing an online form and with the money in my account within a week. They even chased my vet for me in that time! I rarely write reviews but in this case it is well deserved. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

More than just an insurance company.

When my wee cocker spaniel was ill with pancreatisis I contacted Bought by many and they took care of everything including contacting my vet so I didn't have to worry about the bill. The customer services were very helpful and seemed to really care. I expected my premium to increase at renewal however they kept my costs to very much the same as before.
