I was so great full for all of the assistance I was given to find the right type of insurance. They are very friendly and very reliable. They take the stress out of dealing with the vets. Easy to use, even for pets with pre-conditions!

While we might pay a little more each month, it doesn't seem like it, and our floof has needed help at the Vets, not pre-condition related, but we sorted it, claimed it and absolutely no issues. Really easy to use, you're updated and this is EXACTLY how insurance should be. For the people (and cats!) Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Excellent value. Good to deal with. Paid prompty.

I was impressed with the annual premium. Over £100 cheaper than the Kennel Club, no compromise on cover or excess either - exactly the same. Had one incident where our pet needed medical treatment. Filled in claim form - very simple to do - approved and settled with vet in no time. Have already recommended to two friends. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
