Seem a really pleasant company to deal with dealt with all my questions before i bought my policy, luckily I haven't had to claim but have every confidence that any claim would be dealt with promptly. Straightforward insurance at a great price

Bought by Many pet insurance is clear and easy to understand with no hidden clauses or charges. It is very competitively priced and their cashback for not making a claim is an added bonus. I can't comment on their claims procedures as I have not yet needed to make a claim. I would (and have) recommended them to other pet owners. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Best cover for a westie

Very easy to set up and the claim form is really simple if you need to claim , westies are prone to skin conditions so prices for insurance where almost double for the same cover elsewhere Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

From first taking out the insurance with Bought by Many to making a claim has been easy, friendly and professional. They make everything easy to understand, excellent customer service and always put my mind at rest. At a frightening time when I needed them they made all my worries go away, kept in touch and I didn't have to do anything. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Prices are amazing too. I was so great full for all of the assistance I was given to find the right type of insurance. They are very friendly and very reliable. They take the stress out of dealing with the vets. Easy to use, even for pets with pre-conditions!

While we might pay a little more each month, it doesn't seem like it, and our floof has needed help at the Vets, not pre-condition related, but we sorted it, claimed it and absolutely no issues. Really easy to use, you're updated and this is EXACTLY how insurance should be. For the people (and cats!) Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
