Genuinely never had a better insurance experience and certainly it’s the best insurance company have been with by far. It’s so user friendly, quick to respond and deal with your claim and fair. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

So easy to claim - best pet insurance by far

BBM make the process of claiming for insurance so easy, its an online form thats done in minutes and paid quickly into your bank. The £15,000 cover sounds like a lot but we all know vets bills can rack up so its peace of mind knowing we have the largest sum to cover anything needed, including homeopathic care and treatment! 10/10 Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The best pet insurance we have had in over 40 years of having dogs. Even during Covid they have responded to our various claims including expensive .allergy tests.
