Best insurance by far

We have only been insured since February and have made use of some the additional support. A few weeks back we used the online vet service As our vet had no availability and it was fab. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Works really well for my four pets

The online claim process is quick and straightforward (that is what I use most of the time). On a couple of occasions when I needed a ‘human’ - assistance was readily available and courteous. So service is great. Value for money - harder to say. The premium goes up every year, but I suspect that would be the same with most providers. Great Insurance.

I switched insurance from another provider after finding the rate here HALF of what I was being charged by my previous insurance provider. Straight forward service easy to set up although there is one thing I don’t like... you cant change the date of the direct debit... rather annoying actually. Something to look forward to I hope?! brilliant service claims speedily paid without fuss

My young dog Willow had a heart condition and required a major operation. The claims were all paid without any delay or fuss . Brilliant service throughout. Would never change pet insurance provider again. Superb. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Very Poor experience do not believe the hype very slow to deal with claim

I took out this insurance for my new dog on a no excess policy and committed to by monthly about £30 for the life of the dog. My dog got Giardia and I had numerous visits to the vet claiming was easy but waiting to get paid was another story weeks and months excuses after excuses eventually i got paid then the dog had to have a sample sent off and they refused to pay the bill for £80 saying they had already paid when they had not - Very unhappy with this company they do not deserve any award apart from being poor slow and misleading- Unhappy customer experience and I am not the only one look at the reviews for your self. We searched about for suitable policy for our big breed dog. BBM policy ticked all the boxes. We where not disappointed and required to claim monthly for ongoing condition. We where paid with no difficulty. Would recommend BBM to any pet owner Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Best Pet Insurance in UK

So lucky I found this company. One of my dogs has an allergy which means monthly injections. Its really easy to submit claims online and payments are prompt plus they keep you informed of progress. There are several types of policy to choose from. Excellent and efficient company. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
