I love having the 24 hr vet app, it helps pick out the difficult signs and symptoms of a acutely unwell animal and one who needs rest. It’s been a great service. All online IT very user friendly. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Reasonable, reliable and absolutely brilliant

We never thought we'd have to use our insurance but got it as a "just in case" after reading all the 5 star reviews we picked bought by many and I'm so glad we did. Maddy our CollieXAkita managed to slip her lead one morning walk and got away from us. Once we'd caught up with her she had a mysterious puncture would in her shoulder that quickly turned nasty. We had no concerns rushing her to an emergency vet as we knew bought by many had our back. Over £2000 total vet fees to get Maddy back on all 4 paws and bought by many were Incredible ever step of the way, keeping us updated and their customer service was amazing when we needed to get in touch. 10/10, we will be using them for life.
