No hassle and staff friendly insurer

I did not make a claim this past year, true the cost has gone up but I received a £66.00 rebate. I am very happy with "Bought by Many." Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Reasonable, reliable and absolutely brilliant

We never thought we'd have to use our insurance but got it as a "just in case" after reading all the 5 star reviews we picked bought by many and I'm so glad we did. Maddy our CollieXAkita managed to slip her lead one morning walk and got away from us. Once we'd caught up with her she had a mysterious puncture would in her shoulder that quickly turned nasty. We had no concerns rushing her to an emergency vet as we knew bought by many had our back. Over £2000 total vet fees to get Maddy back on all 4 paws and bought by many were Incredible ever step of the way, keeping us updated and their customer service was amazing when we needed to get in touch. 10/10, we will be using them for life. There is no problem talking to real people and they don't quibble when it comes to sorting out payment for my dog they just ask a couple of questions confirm it with the very and pay directly to my vet no hassle brilliant Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Works really well for my four pets

The online claim process is quick and straightforward (that is what I use most of the time). On a couple of occasions when I needed a ‘human’ - assistance was readily available and courteous. So service is great. Value for money - harder to say. The premium goes up every year, but I suspect that would be the same with most providers.
