Excellent value pet insurance with free vet video calls

When it was time to renew our pet insurance, we searched comparison sites and Bought By Many came out top in terms of value and what’s covered. The quote we received was cheaper than what we had been paying, and much cheaper than what our previous provider had quoted to renew with a premium increase. Fortunately Norman is in good health and we have not had to make a claim, though we’re confident that it would be handled well. We have however used the free vet video call service with FirstVet, which is free of charge for Bought By Many customers. This was a fantastic and speedy service and particularly useful when our local veterinary surgery were unable to see Norman due to coronavirus. We would definitely recommend Bought By Many to our friends and family. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Speedy and trustworthy

Our dog was in need of emergency care and was treated by 2 different vets, her own and a pet hospital. It was so easy to fill out the claim forms, and Bought by Many was responsive and quick. Customer service is excellent!! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Excellent cover for 50% of the price charged by long established company.

I have recently changed to Bought By Many from a well known pet insurance company which was established in 1976. Although I had made no claims my annual cover had shot up because I had moved house only five miles away from my previous address. I am now in a very quiet exclusive area with no passing traffic whereas I had been living on a main road. I challenged the rise in premium but no notice was taken so I searched and found Bought by Many whose annual premium was 50% less than the previous company for exactly the same cover. I checked and clarified that fact very carefully. Sadly, only three months after taking Bought by Many cover, I have had to claim for an anesthetized procedure to remove a very large grass spike from my Westie's nose the cost for which was £160. The process has been absolutely smooth with no demand for long forms to be filled in. All that was required was a short chat on the phone with friendly and sympathetic staff and Bought by many took over. I cannot praise the company enough and hope they go from strength to strength. I love having the 24 hr vet app, it helps pick out the difficult signs and symptoms of a acutely unwell animal and one who needs rest. It’s been a great service. All online IT very user friendly. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
