Reviewing which policy was most suitable for my needs was very easy. Sadly I needed to make a claim, but again the process was easy for me to follow and when they needed more information again it was easy to be able to provide it. I also get emails warning me my direct debit is due to leave in a few days which is a brilliant idea. Cannot fault them no matter how hard I try. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Unfortunately I had to make a claim because my puppy ate a poisonous bulb from the garden. Filled in an online form, they contacted my vet and issued a payment quickly while keeping me updated of the process. Very professional. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
