Highly Recommended!

Our dog was unfortunately diagnosed with a life-limiting heart/lung condition shortly after inception and BBM has made what was a horrible experience so much easier. Everything is dealt with directly by vets/referral centres with minimal stress at a difficult time! They also didn’t hike up my premiums at renewal, which was something I’d come to expect from insurance companies simply because we had claimed. Definitely recommended! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

As a pet insurer, Bought By Many offer a number of interesting and unique features that will hopefully shake up the industry further. Form-free claims and transparent, clear, value-for-money orientated pricing means I would happily use again. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Policy Change-Over & Claim Handling.

Bought by Many were responsive and polite when my crazy cat lady wife passed away and I had to change-over our pets' policy to my name; at the same time I made a claim which they provided very regular email updates upon the progress of, and ultimately paid out a significant proprtion of the cost. Truly outstanding team and service, that delivers exactly when in need...

We sadly had to get our 2 year old Frenchie put down due to illness, but the team really helped us during our difficult time and really made us feel better. Even though they were experiencing high-demand due to COVID, they really went above and beyond and managed to settle our claim within 2 weeks.
