Reliable cost effective insurance

Our dog had a car accident last year. BBM paid all the expenses of the following surgery and treatment for as long as it was required without giving us any troubles. No last minute fine print issues or anything of that sort. We are very happy with this company and highly recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Highly Recommended!

Our dog was unfortunately diagnosed with a life-limiting heart/lung condition shortly after inception and BBM has made what was a horrible experience so much easier. Everything is dealt with directly by vets/referral centres with minimal stress at a difficult time! They also didn’t hike up my premiums at renewal, which was something I’d come to expect from insurance companies simply because we had claimed. Definitely recommended! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Policy Change-Over & Claim Handling.

Bought by Many were responsive and polite when my crazy cat lady wife passed away and I had to change-over our pets' policy to my name; at the same time I made a claim which they provided very regular email updates upon the progress of, and ultimately paid out a significant proprtion of the cost. We sadly had to get our 2 year old Frenchie put down due to illness, but the team really helped us during our difficult time and really made us feel better. Even though they were experiencing high-demand due to COVID, they really went above and beyond and managed to settle our claim within 2 weeks.
