Policy Change-Over & Claim Handling.

Bought by Many were responsive and polite when my crazy cat lady wife passed away and I had to change-over our pets' policy to my name; at the same time I made a claim which they provided very regular email updates upon the progress of, and ultimately paid out a significant proprtion of the cost. Truly outstanding team and service, that delivers exactly when in need...

We sadly had to get our 2 year old Frenchie put down due to illness, but the team really helped us during our difficult time and really made us feel better. Even though they were experiencing high-demand due to COVID, they really went above and beyond and managed to settle our claim within 2 weeks. BBM have been great at communication and providing a great level of cover at a reasonable price. When I’ve had to claim they have always responded to the claim quickly and fairly and paid out reliably and usually within a couple of weeks of the claim. They are easy to deal with and their online form makes the process very straight forward. I recommend them to everyone who asks about pet insurance. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

No hassle claims, quick payment
