Professional speedy response

I unfortunately had to make a claim for my cat, who appeared home one evening with an abscess on his neck from fighting with another cat (as we were later informed). Making a claim for vet fees could not have been easier, even though this was made during lockdown! Everything I needed was online, including all the updates I received throughout the claim process. Easy to buy online and had the elements of cover I wanted so many other insurers do not have suitable cover especially for young dogs. Definitely gives me the peace of mind I need as a dog owner. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Reliable cost effective insurance

Our dog had a car accident last year. BBM paid all the expenses of the following surgery and treatment for as long as it was required without giving us any troubles. No last minute fine print issues or anything of that sort. We are very happy with this company and highly recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
