Professional speedy response

I unfortunately had to make a claim for my cat, who appeared home one evening with an abscess on his neck from fighting with another cat (as we were later informed). Making a claim for vet fees could not have been easier, even though this was made during lockdown! Everything I needed was online, including all the updates I received throughout the claim process. Great coverage at a competitive price

Easy to buy online and had the elements of cover I wanted so many other insurers do not have suitable cover especially for young dogs. Definitely gives me the peace of mind I need as a dog owner. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Reliable cost effective insurance

Our dog had a car accident last year. BBM paid all the expenses of the following surgery and treatment for as long as it was required without giving us any troubles. Highly Recommended!

Our dog was unfortunately diagnosed with a life-limiting heart/lung condition shortly after inception and BBM has made what was a horrible experience so much easier. Everything is dealt with directly by vets/referral centres with minimal stress at a difficult time! They also didn’t hike up my premiums at renewal, which was something I’d come to expect from insurance companies simply because we had claimed. Definitely recommended! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
