Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Trouble free

I moved to Bought by many for both my dogs when my previous insurance went up and up in cost. I was nervous about the move but I shouldn't have been. I have had to make a claim over the last few months and they were brilliant. Kept me updated and payed promptly, couldn't fault them at all. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Excellent service

Our dog developed eye problems from a young age. When i spoke or emailed, the response was quick and always polite. The first time we claimed I was worried there may be problems, but all our claims including 2 operations have been paid out for very quickly with no problems. Would highly recommend.
