Great pet insurer

We have our two cats insured with Bought By Many. We have insured with them since the cats were kittens. Recently had to get treatment for one Brought By Many dealt with the payment swiftly and kept us updated all the way. There was no quibble. They also provide access to free online pet advice which is great if you just need advice. Very impressed to date. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I am using the policy which means if a claim is not made over the course of the year then you will receive some money back. This is great when you have young cats which stay inside. It was really easy to set up and get a quote, then set up a direct debit payment to ensure I pay on time every month. Would highly recommend Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Easy to join, spoke to very pleasant gentleman, all questions answered, able to insure my two rescue dogs when other online companies didn't have breeds on dropdown list. Explained levels of insurance on questioning, no hard sell.very pleasant and tolerant man even though I bombarded him with questions. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
