Great, pet insurance- you can believe the feefo rating!

Our last insurer doubled their quote for our dog, so we looked at reviews and picked Bought by Many. We are very glad we did as a few months later our dog became very unwell, requiring many days staying in the vet, tests and surgery. Bought by Many were very helpful, had great communication and settled the claim in full very quickly- couldn't ask for more! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I had a joint policy for our two cats. Sadly one has recently passed away a so I needed to make a claim. It all went smoothly and the person I spoke with was very sensitive and kind towards me during this time. I've had no issues with this insurance so I would recommend it as a good way of getting peace of mind for your pets. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Straight forward information and easy to claim

I previously insured with Tesco pet insurance and my premium increased by a large amount each year with no apparent reason, I called them but was given no reasonable reason for this so started looking for an alternative. After some research I found a lot of people recommending Bought By Many and did an online quote which was a lot cheaper so I moved to over to them. Fortunately my dogs are very healthy so I do not often need any veterinary treatment or advice but I have found the support provided by Bought By Many amazing. I had an issue I needed to discuss with a vet which would have cost a consultation fee in excess of £40 but I was able to use the option to have a vet consultation online with a video call provided with the insurance at no cost. The online chat and video call provided all the information I needed from the comfort of my own home without the stress of going to the vets. The added bonus was the consultations are available every day until late at night. I definitely recommend Bought By Many!! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

THEY ARE MODERATELY PRICED. WITH ONLY £69 TO PAY EXCESS HOWEVER MANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE IN A YEAR
