My dog has recently been diagnosed with arthritis and I have had to submit many claims for various visits and treatments, the claims process online is very easy to follow and BBM have been quick and efficient in following up and settling the claims another plus is you only pay one excess which is excellent when you need to submit many claims, excellent company and excellent service, I would recommend BMM to all pet owners. Ever since I signed up with Bought By Many, I have been extremely impressed with their service. Their customer service team are very helpful and efficient, and there is never a queue to speak to someone. I've even got access to speak to vets over video chat FREE with my package, and was one of the lucky members who gets to do a dog first aid course! Would definitely recommend to others!! Very understanding of pet owners and insurance

They took an individual response to our dog and weighed up previous ailments to give us a good deal on dog insurance. So many now just quote with the stock “ if your dog has had previous condition then it’s permanent” they don’t well done not had to use them yet as our dog is and remains healthy but I’m expecting a good service if the worst should happen Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
