I'd never heard of them, I was just looking and found some great reviews. The Web site was brilliant and so easy to navigate. I filled out an easy to understand from submitted and was quickly accepted. We also made a call. It was quickly answered and the person on the other end was knowledgeable and helpful. I have nothing but praise for Bought by Many. I have made two claims and both have been handled professionally and as promptly as possible. I love the fact that you can check the claim's progress online. During lockdown I was also given the opportunity to take a pet first aid course online; amazing. I would highly recommend them. As a Vet Nurse insurance is important to me! Having always been with Petplan gave BBM a go with a new pup after Petplans ridiculous monthly amount. Well impressed. My renewal only went up 30p!! Keep it up I highly recommend to friends. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
