Claim process online was super easy. Immediately received email in acknowledgement of claim, then further emails each step of the way to keep me informed of progress. Expensive but my vet approves...

which is saying something these days...also they continued to cover my dog through the pandemic despite not being able to have his annual booster appointment. He's sorted again now. Fabulous service - wouldnt go anywhere else !

We have been using Bought By Many for just 18months and from the start the service has been fabulous. Unfortunately we had to make 2 claims in a short period of time when our Pup was ill from catching a parasite drinking dirty puddles, this was when she was 4 months old and the service we got on both occasions was great. They were clear on what we needed to do and what they needed from our vet, we didn't have to chase them or question what was happening, they kept us informed by email at every stage and it was a nice surprise checking the bank account to find an amount in there from them. As an added bonus our premiums went down by a couple of pound at renewal. We have had a few friends also get dogs in the time we have been with Bought By Many and have wholeheartedly recommended them. Likewise, on the Surrey Dogs Facebook page whenever anyone is asking who has what pet insurance, we always go on and highly recommend BBM. Hopefully we wont have to make any / too many claims going forward, but if we do then I know we will be dealt with by having great service - thank you ! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

High standard of service from BBM Insurance company

I have found BBM to be very helpful, friendly and efficient when I have had to make claims for my young chocolate labrador. Great at keeping me informed of how the claim is progressing by text and email. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you and well done BBM. Keep up your high standard of service. No hassle pet insurance

My dog has had a few operations on her legs. Bough T by many were fantastic. Easy to contact easy to talk to and paid out every time. It was an easy non complicated experience dealing with Bought by many. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great customer service but they do need to process claims faster , it took me nearly 7 weeks from start to finish , I would recommend as they do keep you updated every so often but there is room for improvement Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Amazing service

Claiming anything on any insurance usually feels like such an onerous, daunting task, so I was incredibly impressed with the ease and speed at which I was able to input my claim online and how quickly the claim was dealt with. I can't fault this insurance policy so far. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
