I have had to make numerous claims over the last couple of years and there has been no quibbling, no long delays in payments. Easy online claim system and vet bill's paid directly into my account within a couple of weeks...even through covid. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Payout can be a little bit slow but the staff are friendly and easy to deal with. I like the choice of policies which is something that a lot of insurance companies don't do. The shame is that they hike their premiums once the dog turns three. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We have, unfortunately, had to make several claims for our 2 accident prone cats, all of which have been dealt with efficiently and without quibble. This is the best value pet insurance we have found and we have been delighted with the total peace of mind it gives us. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Needed to claim for one of my cats and it was so easy. The telephone advisor was really informative and helpful and easy online claim form. I was kept informed through the process and payment was quick especially as it was post-lockdown. It has been so simple to submit follow up claims for the same condition. It's stressful to have a poorly pet anyway, but Bought By Many takes some of the stress away so you can concentrate on getting your four legged friend better Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
