We have, unfortunately, had to make several claims for our 2 accident prone cats, all of which have been dealt with efficiently and without quibble. This is the best value pet insurance we have found and we have been delighted with the total peace of mind it gives us. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Needed to claim for one of my cats and it was so easy. The telephone advisor was really informative and helpful and easy online claim form. I was kept informed through the process and payment was quick especially as it was post-lockdown. It has been so simple to submit follow up claims for the same condition. It's stressful to have a poorly pet anyway, but Bought By Many takes some of the stress away so you can concentrate on getting your four legged friend better Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have had a number of policies with other pets over the years, nothing compares to BBM! They update you every step of the way, their claims system is so easy to navigate and their customer service is honestly second to none!
