Amazing service at a brilliant order ce!

I have had a number of policies with other pets over the years, nothing compares to BBM! They update you every step of the way, their claims system is so easy to navigate and their customer service is honestly second to none! I’ve been with brought by many quite a while. Had a few claims and the service is second to none. Fast efficient service and deal direct with my vets. No hassle and the staff are caring and friendly too. Wouldn’t change them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
