Great service from the start. Everything explained clearly in a very proffesional way.

This is the first time I have bought "Pet Insurance" and looking through all the options was quite daunting, but having decided I need a substantial amount of cover I called Bought by Many". The young man who took my call explained clearly exactly what there different policies did and didn't cover so that I was able to make an informed choice as to what I required. Having contacted several other suppliers of "Pet Insurance" I believe "Bought By Many" gives me the best possible cover for my dog Pippen. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fair and simple pet insurance

Love the product, provide certainty on cost and doesn’t penalise consumer who make a claim by adding exclusion so that claim is not paid again. Only been with bought by many a month or so and I highly recommend that if you want the best service, the very best for your pet and also great customer service then don’t look any where else. I’ve already had two claims and from start to finish they went above and beyond to help me and the money was paid into my account straight away.
