Easy to use website, showed all costs and easily edited to suit what I required. Not needed to claim so cannot comment on that aspect but have been happy with the cover I was offered compared to other companies. My brother also works in insurance and recommended them! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

This is the first time I have bought "Pet Insurance" and looking through all the options was quite daunting, but having decided I need a substantial amount of cover I called Bought by Many". The young man who took my call explained clearly exactly what there different policies did and didn't cover so that I was able to make an informed choice as to what I required. Having contacted several other suppliers of "Pet Insurance" I believe "Bought By Many" gives me the best possible cover for my dog Pippen. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
