Fair and simple pet insurance

Love the product, provide certainty on cost and doesn’t penalise consumer who make a claim by adding exclusion so that claim is not paid again. Only been with bought by many a month or so and I highly recommend that if you want the best service, the very best for your pet and also great customer service then don’t look any where else. I’ve already had two claims and from start to finish they went above and beyond to help me and the money was paid into my account straight away. Exceptionally excellent pet insurance.

I have a multi-pet cash back policy for my two Labradors which I renewed earlier this year. The policy is perfect for my needs giving me £7000 worth of cover annually for each dog which re-sets on renewal. I received 20% cash back for having a claim free year as expected with no hassle. I also love that “pre-existing” conditions are defined as something which your pet has been treated for, or has received veterinary advice for, in the last two years. This is important to me as my older dog had a heart op as a puppy but has been fit and healthy ever since. Other insurers wouldn’t cover him, Bought by Many do. This insurance is worth it’s weight in gold! I have told many of my family and friends how good it is. I thoroughly recommend them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
