Amazing Company Brilliant service Great value for money

My French Bulldog Mimsy has had several issues in her short little life. She has an ongoing persistent allergy but the most worrying and serious problem was a slipped disc which left her unable to use her back legs. After being referred to a specialist surgeon scans xrays and lots of tears her operation was carried out followed by , follow up visits, physio therapy , hydrotherapy, excercises and lots of nursing she is now back to her amazing full of life bouncy self, something I really never thought I would see again. The team at Bought by Many helped me through every step of the way. They were kind helpful understanding thoughtful as well as being so efficient too. I couldn’t have asked for any more. I have had animals all my life and had policies with several companies but I would never go to any other company in the future. When my little dog had to go for surgery Bought by Many dealt with claim direct with the hospital.The advisors were helpful and everything was sorted very quickly.My dog has almost made a full recovery and it’s thanks to Bought by Many . Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent value for money and service

My premium was far lower than other quotes I had obtained for my dog who had a pre-existing condition. I had to make a claim For an unrelated problem . I was kept well informed of progress and the claim was paid in full. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I purchased the policy that if you do not claim within the year, you get a percentage is returned. I didn’t need to do anything they sent the refund straight to me. So I feel this is good service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Amazing Pet Insurance

I can't say how happy I am to have Bought By Many Pet Insurance, my Labrador puppy had to have both hips replaced in his first year due to dysplasia and Bought By Many couldn't have handled my claims better. Never any quibbles , or a hint of a problem, they just dealt with everything quickly and efficiently . The piece of mind this brought during that difficult period is indescribable and I cannot praise their service enough.
