When my little dog had to go for surgery Bought by Many dealt with claim direct with the hospital.The advisors were helpful and everything was sorted very quickly.My dog has almost made a full recovery and it’s thanks to Bought by Many . Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent value for money and service

My premium was far lower than other quotes I had obtained for my dog who had a pre-existing condition. I had to make a claim For an unrelated problem . I was kept well informed of progress and the claim was paid in full. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I purchased the policy that if you do not claim within the year, you get a percentage is returned. I didn’t need to do anything they sent the refund straight to me. So I feel this is good service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Amazing Pet Insurance

I can't say how happy I am to have Bought By Many Pet Insurance, my Labrador puppy had to have both hips replaced in his first year due to dysplasia and Bought By Many couldn't have handled my claims better. Never any quibbles , or a hint of a problem, they just dealt with everything quickly and efficiently . The piece of mind this brought during that difficult period is indescribable and I cannot praise their service enough. I highly recommend this insurance for any pet owners looking for excellent service, cover and all at an unbelievably low price. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant experience

So impressed with this company - really easy to claim when my dog inhaled a grass seed and, even in the current climate super quick to pay out - no questions, no fuss. Great value and amazing pre-existing condition cover

I have both my cats insured with Bought By Many and cannot fault them. Best of all is their policy for pre-existing conditions - I don’t know any other providers that cover that. My cat Seren had been fine for 3+ years but suddenly had a flare up of her condition, which has since been completely covered for by BMM. Overall great value for cover and they’ve always covered any vet bills - even predating them so that they pay for treatment or prescriptions that I forgot to claim for! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
